Never heard of it? What were the sequence of steps you used to do to get to it? If you are talking about the Scanners and Camera applet in the Control Panel you should be able to reinstall the drivers from your device software.

is what's missing. I deleted it in error with System
Mechanic while trying to free up space on my hard drive.
Can't locate my Windows 2000 disk, so I'm hoping for a
download fix.
