IM program for just the LAN.

Does anybody know of an Instant Messaging program like
Yahoo IM or MSN IM that will work just on a Local Area
Network? Yahoo and MSN have to connect to the Internet.
The company I work for does not have Internet access for
everybody and wants a simple Instant Messaging program
that will work just on the LAN level.
