People Somebody could help me with this? I have a PST file and that is my
current space where I receive my emails from the Exchange server. However my
Boss requested me to share my Calendar with him, so I'm wondering How Could I
share my PST CalendarFolder to him? If I cannot see the tab or choice to do
that? I could share my Calendar Folder from the Structure of the Server, but
not the Calendar Folder of my PST file structure, that one has the
appoitments and rest of details that my boss wants to review, and update.
Someone Could help and support me about it, please?

You can't share folders in a PST. You can only share folders in your
mailbox. Why are you using a PST instead of your mailbox along with an
Offline Folder File?

I don't believe it's possible to do that if you are on an Exchange
Server--Calendar sharing is only available on the server.

Why are you using a local PST as the default location for mail, calendar,
etc.? Depending on why you're doing that, there might be a way to put the
Calendar (and/or the entire Mailbox) back on the server but still accomplish
whatever you're currently accomplishing with storing everything on the local
PST.

Also, what version of Outlook are you using? Outlook 2003 has a few options
that older versions of Outlook don't have.

Thanks,

Hi Socorro,

only as additional information to the posting of Vince and tbgg:

On this site is an article on various ways to share Outlook data:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HA011477571033.aspx

You will also find a list of third-party sharing tools:
http://www.mapistore.com/Outlook/Groupware
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm

but if you still have an Exchange I aggree with the 2 others, why don´t you
use the Exchange?
