I'm blocked from clicking on an e-mail link

Help! All of a sudden if I click on a web page link in an e-mail (or even
one in a word document) I get the following message: "This operation has been
cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact
your system administrator."

Huh? I'm the only user of this computer, haven't changed any settings, and
even tried control+click. Nothing worked but the same message. (And I am
the administrator as far as I know). Im using Windows XP Media Center
Edition 2005 with Office 2003.
