I'm Bamboozled

I have tried printing (cannon bjc 4300) but xp states error. I have done every thing possible in troubleshooter to try and fix the problem including downloading patch from cannon. I have even reloaded xp on to the computer but it still wont print. I have tried the printer on someone elses laptop and the printer works fine. Has anyone got any suggestions how to fix the problem?

Try uninstalling it correctly first!
