IM address import

Also have problem with importing IM address into Outlook contacts.
I've found by individually saving records or saving to another .PST saves
that field but not been able to transfer to Excel efficiently

The IM Address field is not included as part of the Outlook standard fields
available for either import or export (IM Address did not become a standard
field until Outlook 'XP (2002)) - or in other words - the fields that are
available are based on the lowest common denominator - Outlook '2000.

The CG import/export products do include this field for the appropriate
Outlook versions so you may find this of interest:
