Yup, 21 days to pay £100 or face going to court!
They, HMRC must be desperate to get the money:nod:
Must get Starbucks/Costa accountants to help me evade, er I mean pay it!

Ooh eck! As a former chartered tax adviser, my advice would be to pay them ;)

Wow !! An evader (illegal)

I always try to be an avoider (legal) if possible. :D

Pay up, Feckit otherwise you'll be posting from jail. :p

A former tax advisor, what do you do now, Becky?

No, I have paid it, in full by credit card, it seems the company "forgot" to tax me at source or put in the wrong code, so actually not my fault but I have to pay and then ask for a tax rebate review to see if HRMC owe me anything!!

Self-employed consultant, but I still do the odd bit of tax work. Nothing exciting I'm afraid! ;)

I saw the thread title and broke into David Bowie's Moonage Daydream: 'I'm a Space Invader, I'm a Mama-Papa coming for you....' No hope for me eh? :D

Those HMRC people - you do not mess with them, they is bad, more power than the old Bill and they can seriously rearrange your lifestyle should the whim take them
