illigal action contact vendot

For the past week I can be online and a window will pop up
and say you have performed an illigal action and contact
your vendor or shut down. This happens when E-mail is
read or other on line usage is performed. a window states
close or details. When the details is opened it contains
letters and numbers which I don't understand.. You
assistance would be greatly appreciated in clearing up
this situation..Sincerely Dan Temple
