illegal operation when printing email in OE

In Outlook Express, version 6.00.2800.1106, when trying to
print an email, I get "This program has performed an
illegal operation and will close." Any ideas? Do I need
to uninstall IE or Outlook Express and reinstall? I'm
computer-challenged when it comes to uninstalling,
etc...help please...and thanks!
