I am trying to install IIS on my XP machine. When I go to add it the
installation program keeps asking me for my XP disc...which came preloaded
on my machine. I do have an I386 directory but it doesn't find the files
it is looking for in it. Is there a way to download the iis software and
install separately?

You might contact the company that created the CD you have to see what you
need to do in this situation.

No. This is answered by the End User License Agreement that you became
legally bound to by using Microsoft Windows.
