Hi,
I've installed the add-on IIS server to my WindowsXP Pro
installation, but I am unable to get the permissions to
access the default localstart.asp page, even though I'm
logged on as a administrator.

Do I need to change a setting in the securities policy
console, add a new user or something?

If your install of IIS is started, then you should be able to
use IE to access http://localhost/iishelp but then I guess
http://localhost would also be working. If you have not
yet gone through the IIS security checklist, and so installed
IISlockdown and the URLscan 2.5 update, the IIS help docs
should still be accessible in this way.

There are potentially many reason something like what you
have indicated may be happening. You need to tell us more
precisely what you do and what does happen.
