IIS Not Functioning

Hi,

I have installed the latest patch 824146 which addresses
the Buffer Overun in RPC. This patch has eliminated the
problem and turned off the RPC Service at all, but
IISAdmin service is dependent on this service, please
tell me how can I eliminate this security threat as well
as keep my IIS running smoothly so it can serve webpages?

Please reply ASAP.
