IIS is not shown

Hi
I installed IIS from Add/Remove Components- Windows Componets.
But I cant see Internet Information Services under Computer
Management-Services and Application.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall IIS but the result is the same.I cant see
IIS.
What should I do?

Do you have an 'Administrative Tools' item from the start button? Normally a
short-cut to IIS would reside in there...

I again uninstall end reinstall the IIS and this time it works.
