IIS FTP won't start "Address Already in Use
W2000 Server SP

Had an unauthorized visitor and the IIS FTP services will not Star
Get Error Message box "Address Already in Use

Have deleted and created new sites and have the same problem
All other IIS service are running fine.
 
you had an unauthorized visitor?? could that visitor have installed another
ftp server without you knowing it? have you checked netstat to see if
anything is already listening on the ftp port? have you run a scan for
viruses, spyware, adware, and other nasties.
