IIS for XP Home Edition

Is IIS available for XP Home Edition.
I want to install the ColdFusion server and I need this component.

IIS cannot be installed in XP Home. If you require IIS,
you'll have to purchase a "Retail Upgrade Version" of
Windows XP Professional and upgrade.

It hasn't changed. You could *always* upgrade Home to Professional.
