IIS and SP2

I installed SP2 on top of my XP pro and now the web server that I'm running
isn't working. On top of that when I try to access IIS in the admin section
of controls the program won't run. I turned off the MS firewall option and
the virus option in SP2, but that didn't help.

I tried to run add/remove windows components to reinstall IIS, but I get an
error message that "Another copy of this set-up program is running..."

Anyone have any suggestions.

By the way, what "virus option in SP2" do you mean?
