ignoring mouse movement during double click

I was wondering if anyone has software or a mouse driver that will
ignore small mouse movement during double click. Normally any movement
during a double click voids the double click but I would like to set
some kind of parameter so if the movement is less than a certain amount
between the first mouse down and the second mouse up event it will
ignore the movement. Does such a program exist?

I have no idea what would be the best group for this message so I posted
it here.
