Everytime i try and reinstall my webcam software i always
get an error msg saying:

the application or dll d:\autorun\cc3250mt.dll is not a
valid windows image.

So could u tell me what the problem is plz.

Not really - not without knowing the camera manufacturer.
(As that file is abviously on their CD..)

Is it even XP compatible?
Did you go to their site to troubleshoot?
Did you get the latest driver from there?
