IFrame Memory leak with IE

I am having issues with iframes leaking memory in all
versions of IE. I have a web page that uses an iframe to
include a page from a different server, but if the page is
refreshed the memory seems to increase. Is this an IE bug?

I have noticed several other postings with the same
problems, but with no solution.
