If_Worksheet Function not available in Access 2002

We recently update to Access 2002. The If_worksheet
function is not available and we can not seem to load it
from the ProPlus Package. Any thoughts?
 
Access uses IIF() -- immediate IF -- in the place of Excel's IF() Function.
 
I know that. But the function is not available and we can
not load for the cd. All of my forms and queries use it.
