I was just starting to wonder how long it was going to take you to look them
both up. You really don't like to be wrong, do you? You get hostile when
confronted, which many consider a result of insecurity. I have a friend in
psychology you should talk to.

It has nothing to do with the original topic. I thought you at least
intelligent enough to discern *that*. In any case, you're still wrong about
Mr. Gates' comments "insulting" people. You may post back and "correct" me
on that point if you wish (and I'll bet my psychology friend's salary that
you will), but I won't see it; it's nearing 5:00 and I've got beers waiting
for me down the street.

application.

u·ni·ver·sal: A general or widely held principle, concept, or notion.

The internet is a big place; it's not difficult to find material to back up
one's ideas, no matter how erroneous.

Communism does not accept copyrights inasmuch as a copyright is an

And my definitions were also taken from the internet. Big Deal. Still
means nothing in context to my original post. And you don't really KNOW
if I'm wrong about about Billy's meaning of his use of the term
"communists." All you have shown is that you BELIEVE I'm wrong, with no
explanation to support your BELIEF.

Communism does not accept copyrights inasmuch as a copyright is an

1.) Copyright in America is not an individual right, like free speech,
but a limited "statutory monopoly."

2.) People that want to reform copyright law don't want to bring about
communism. They reform want Copyright Law has evolved into, nearly
perpetual in duration.
If you believe, in this matter, as do the Communists....

I don't. I want to bring Copyright back to the traditional values of
our Founding Fathers.

MS, in its WinXP EULA avails its self all the protections under
Copyright Law, but then rewrites the Limitations that Congress has
placed on Copyright Owners in Copyright Law. MS is the proven
infringer, yet they want you to believe that you, the paying customer,
is infringing on their Copyright when installing Windows XP on more
than one computer for your private non-commercial use, yet not ONE
person has EVER been found to have done ANYTHING wrong for copying
and using Copyrighted Material that was legally sold to them for
their own private non-commercial use. Microsoft and their Führer are
either unwilling or unable to prove this is illegal under the law, so
they use their EULA, and the behavior modification tactics of PA and
WGA, and outright propaganda to try to convince you that your RIGHT
to "fair use" is wrong and legal.

Make MS legally prove their nonsense, before you believe their
propaganda! The MicroReich will not last forever, if you stand up
against their Copyright fascism!

Ain't it fun to watch all the little MicroNazis rally around to protect
their Führer? PSML!

You come after me for calling Billy G. some names eventhough I explained
why I believe he is a copyright fascist, yet you haven't said one thing
about Billy G. calling copyright reformers "communists" with absolutely
no explanation at all.
