If Outlook is accidentally closed, please provide a Cancel option

If I accidentally click the Close button on the right hand side of the
Outlook title bar, I get a prompt about permanently deleting items in the
Deleted Items folder with a Yes / No button. I'd love a Cancel button to
stop Outlook closing.
