IF FUNCTION

I need to match criteria in two separte columns and then the third colum with
be fixed text if the criteria matches eg
A1= Yes and B1=Yes then C1(column with the formula in) would show "Generate
Letter"

Using AND()
=IF(AND(A1="Yes",B1="Yes"),"Generate Letter","")

Using COUNTIF()
=IF(COUNTIF(A1:B1,"Yes")=2,"Generate Letter","")
