If Between 2 Times

Hello

I am trying to find out if a cell is between 2 times

A1 = 06:0
B1 = 10:0

A cell will represent 15 minutes. So the cell will display a number i
the cells number (say 06:15) falls between or is equal to anyo
these

i.e. =IF(A1<="06:15" AND B1>="06:15", "true", "false")
