If average file size is 200mb, what should the cluster size should

I have 3 hds, i use the third one to store all my large files, and all the
files on it, are around 200 to 300mb, so what should ideal cluster size be
for this hard drive???

The hard drive is around 250gb.

The standard NTFS cluster size, regardless of drive/partition
size, is 4K, and that's what it should be. Don't fool around with
it.

That's a generic statement, and while it holds true for the generic
rules, it's not at all true of your data is always X in size, or 75% or
more X in size.
 
I have a dedicated Music partition and it uses 64-KByte clusters.
Even Microsoft has a Knowledge Base article that mentions there
are cases where larger (4K+) cluster sizes may be appropriate.

Yep, we do the same for exchange server partitions and for SQL
partitions, and also do it for web server data partitions depending on
the size.
