If anyone knows, need help with these issues

Both occur in IE 6.0 Service Pack 1.
1. All of the toolbars listed in the dropdown from the
view menu are gray and unselectable.
2. Can no longer save pages as mhtml files (archive).
It only allows me to save as Txt or html.

These have been bugging me for weeks and if anyone knows
how to correct them I would be deeply indebted. Thanks
ahead of time for the help.

This may have caused by a parasite. See

Save as MHT: I don't have much faith in this solution, but I don't know of
another.

You might try reinstalling Outlook Express.
Go to http://insideoe.tomsterdam.com/backup/ for instructions on saving your
mail folders.

You might try a repair of IE. Ctrl Panel> Add/remove programs> IE>
add/remove> repair.
