IEXPLORESKINS ERROR!!!!!!!!!!

I KEPP GETTING ERROR "IEXPLORESKINS HAS CAUSED AN ERROR IN
IEXPLORESKINS.EXE." I GET THIS EVERYTIME A NEW PAGE POPS
UPIN INTERNET EXPLORER 6............HELP......

ignored.
Please check the name "iexploreskins.exe".
It is an unlikely name and you should know what it is if you installed
it. Where is that file? (In what folder)
