iexplorer has caused an error in kernel32.dll

This is happening all the time now I posted for help on
windows me internet but not one reply . does anyone here
know what has happened that would make this pop up and I
can not x out or restart computer without reset. thanks
 
Thank you but my error doesn't seem to be there. at least
I don't see it . Thanks anyway
