Iexplorer.exe has stopped resonding

This happens after the browser has been shutdown and
windows 2k professional is shutting down. HAs anyone else
experienced this?
 
If the program is iexploreR.exe and not iexplore.exe then you have a
virus/Trojan.
The is no R in iexplore.exe.

This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware, parasite).
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
