Iexplorer.exe hangs during shutdown

Here is my problem

I'm running xp pro and it seems when I shutdown or restart my computer
Iexplorer.exe hangs I have to shut it down in task manager.

Scan your system with latest definitioned Spybot,Search and
Destroy,CWShredder as well as Adaware in Safe mode.

Done that the system is clean
