Iexplorer.exe error

I am having issues with IE 6.0 that anywhere from 1 minute
to 30 minutes the iexplorer.exe error will now close
explorer will terminate explorer. I also have limited
issues with winword.exe and excel.exe error messages.
Knowledge base doesn't cover it real well. Any answers?

If it says iexplorer.exe and not iexplore.exe it's not a Microsoft problem:
