iexplorer.exe -application error

Everytime I try to open my Internet Explorer a application error pops up " failed to intialize properly (oxcoooo12d) click ok to terminate application." Anyone know whats going on, or how to fix it??

Check for parasites.

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.
