iexplorer.exe Application Error

J

Jeremy

I am having the same problem when I close Internet
Explorer. I get an application error message that
states: "The instruction at "0x02003740". The memory
could not be "read". This message pops up about 20 times
consecutively before it stops.

PLEASE HELP!
Thanks.

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.
CWShredder is also available here:

may be found on this page:

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.

Hello...

I downloaded and installed AdAware, Spybot (easy mode)
and CWshredder. Each program did their thing and deleted
problems that they found. Then I even restarted the PC.

When I duplicate the same action below regarding acrobat,
I still get the error...

Please help! I hope that letting those spyware programs
delete their stuff did not cause more harm than good. I
alway try to be optimistic.

Thanks!
