Iexplorer error when starting explorer

Whenever I try to start explorer or another program starts explorer I get
Microsoft Internet has encountered a problem and is now closing. ModName
YCOMP5_3_120.DLL I can't find anything on this error. I have scanned for
hijackers and spyware and removed them. Still no help. I have scanned for
virus and none found. I have tried the fix and it didn't work. I
uninstalled and tried the reinstall and it didn't work. Got any suggestions?
