iexplore has caused an error in <unknown>

Hi I installed SP1 for IE 6 and I'm getting this message:

iexplore has caused an error in <unknown>

plus I have a bunch of empty toolbars and it doesn't
remember the way I set them up.

Could anyone please help me.
