Error caused in (unknown)

[Al]

When trying to access (my ebay) with username and password
I get iexplore has caused an error in (unknown) iexplore
will now close. If you do not close it it will do nothing.
Logged in on netscape and it opened fine. Have shut down
iexplore and restarted and shutdown computer several times.
