Hi,

Can anyone tell me parameter of iexplore.exe. I want my
apps always open a html document in maximize windows all
the time.

You may not get what you want but try this for new windows:

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
