Iexplore.exe error

i am getting the following error everytime i try to type
a web address in. favorites are fine.

"the instruction at "0x6301a4d2" referenced memory
at "0x01a0a680" the required data was not placed in
memory because of an I/O error status of "0xc000009c"

any idea's? is the memory toast or hard drive? or try a
repair of IE

Have you cleaned your system of spyware/parasites ?
This is caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware,
parasite)

Download, install, *update* and run these two programs:
Ad-aware from http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/
Spybot from http://security.kolla.de/ (Remove items
listed in red.)
