"iexplore.exe" end task prompt when shutting down

Everytime when i shut down or restart, there will be a popup prompt for me to
end my iexplore.exe process. (I already closed all internet browser windows
and i have also run scans for virus and spyware but detected nothing)

After i click end task button, pc shuts normally...

But i feel annoyed by this problem, and i know that it is caused by the MS
Antispyware program. Because after i right click on the MS antispyware icon
on my taskbar and select shutdown Microsoft Antispyware, the problem ceased.
However, it comes back for my next system restart.

So is it a bug for the Beta Version? And does anyone encounter the same
problem?
