IEXPLORE.EXE - Application Error

I keep getting the above error message followed by: The
instruction at "0x029c3720" referenced memory
at "0x029c3720". the memory could not be "ready". Click
on OK to terminate the program. It's driving me mad. I
don't have any viruses as i have just scanned for them
and this happens whenever I shut down programs. Please
can anyone help?

There's a good possibility that this is being caused by a third-party
program (adware, spyware, parasite).
