iexplore.exe application error

I keep getting this message when exiting internet
explorer 0x01a03730 referenced memor at 0x01a03730 memor
can't be read
Also I keep getting a bartshel error when I close
internet explorer!
I need help to correct this!

Scan the system with Ad-Aware (www.lavasoftusa.com) and eliminate the
malware products causing the abnormal program termination.
** Update the pattern file using WEB UPDATE feature in Ad-Aware **

If the problem continues, reinstall Internet Explorer using this method:
