What causes this message to appear? The actual message is
The instruction at "0x01cf372c" referenced memory
at "0x01cf372c". The memory could not be "read"

It's a spyware/browser plugin causing the memory error
Download and run Ad-Aware scan the system.

You should also remind the user to update the reference file and then run
