Iexplore.exe - Application error

Each time I close Internet Explorer the following error
appears:

Iexplore.exe - Application error

The instruction at "0x011e36a4" referenced memory
at "0x011e36a4". The memory could not be "read".

I'm using Windows XP with all the latest patches.
