Iexplore.exe - Application error

This error comes up on launch - The instruction at "0x773fba46" referenced
memory at "0x00191bd5" . The memory could not be read.

Just started. Reboot does not clear. Help

Quick question. The numbers for instruction(0x773fba46) and the numbers at memory(0x00191bd5) is it always the same or is it different everytime the error message comes up.

This may be caused by spyware/malware that's gotten installed on
your system. Use Ad-Aware and/or Spybot Search & Destroy to remove it.

If no joy, in IE go to Tools...Internet Options...Advanced tab, Browsing
section, uncheck "Enable third-party browser extensions", click Apply, click
Okay, reboot. If that solves your problem, then more troubleshooting is
needed to find out exactly which program, or Browser Helper Object (BHO) is
causing this problem. You don't want to leave it at that, as some BHOs are
useful or necessary - like Adobe Acrobat for reading .pdf files or an
essential component of Norton AV. Get BHODemon -

Disable all items, and then gradually replace one or two at a time to narrow
down the culprit.

If all the above fails, then the problem could be something new that the

Peter, thanks for the reply.... The first number always stayed the same, the
second changed on any reboot. After several reboots, the problem corrected
itself and it's been working fine since. Could this be a problem with the
memory itself?

am getting an add-ons error due to which my IE gets closed .
the error is related to flash.ocx(shockwave flash object). i have many times
install/unstall this object but no progress and again am getting this error,
plz help me out , how can uninstall/install again my IE6.
