I just bought a firewire to transfer data to my pc instead of using the USB conection. But im having trouble finding where to connect the firewire, do i need somenthing else??

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Not all PC's or laptops have a firewire port. If yours
does it will have a four or six pin connector labeled
firewire, IEEE1394, i.link or a symbol that looks like a
circle with three spokes coming off of it. You might
need to buy a firewire card.
