IE8 login issue

Hi,
I could not find a newsgroup on internet explorer so please forgive me for
posting here.
At Walmart's retaillink website I am unable to type the password in to enter
the site.
When I type it in notepad, or excel, and then copy and paste it, it works.
This same thing
happened with IE7. This is a general issue, and specific to this PC.
Any ideas on what is causing this?

The IE newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general.
