Firefox 2.0 is far better. Wait on IE7 unless you feel like a guinea
pig--LOTS of security issues and bug fixes.

I accidentally installed it through Windows Update, I was looking at the
list of updates and meant to uncheck it but I missed it. It's working
fine for me so far but I hear it's not compatible with our SSL VPN at
work. Hopefully I won't need to use our VPN before we get an IE
7-compatible update to our VPN app.

No problems here.
Make sure you uninstall third party toolbars and temporarily disable third
party firewalls/anti-virus (use Windows Firewall) before install. Many
people have had problems if they didn't do this.
