IE7 Window Sizes

I would like IE7 (running with Vista Ultimate) to always open windows
maximized. When I open IE, I get a maximized window, but if I spawn a new
window by clicking on a link it doesn't. Any way I can fix this?

Drag it to the maximal size and close it with the cross right on
top. If you click on the link for the second time, it will be the
right size.
