IE7 & updates

i installed IE7 before windows vista RC1, by the windows updates, but know my
explorer is not working and also my windows update.
i want to go back to IE6 but i can not uninstall the IE7, does anyone know
why?
i can only use AOL explorer.

Hi,

The release version of IE7 is for WindowsXP, not Vista and should not be
installed on this beta. Vista has its own version of IE7, not IE6, so there
would be nothing to go back to. If it's that buggered up, make sure you have
your Product Key for Vista, then format and start again.

According To The Windows Vista RC1 Read Me Document, You Should Not
Upgrade From Windows XP Servcie Pack 2 to Windows Vista RC1 If You Have
Any Version Of IE7 Installed On Your Computer, Just FYI. This Issue Is
Most Likely Fixed In RTM, Also Just FYI. In Other Words, Clean Install
Windows Vista RC1 If You Already Have IE7 Installed, Just FYI.
