IE7 Icon 'delete all' missing ?

I used to have "delete browser history" as a choice on the right click
dropdown
menu of IE7 desktop icon. I could shut IE 7 and then right click to clean
out history. Its gone and I would like to have it back. Anyone know
how to restore it ? TIA

Start -> right click on Internet Explorer icon located at top of menu ->
Properties

Why in H-E-L-L was that changed? Bored programmer who holds a company
promoted disdain for Windows customers?
